Ingredients
- 1c organic almond flour
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 2tbsp almond butter
- Splash of vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- pinch of salt (click here for discount)
- chocolate chips
- flaky sea salt for topping (Maldon is great)
- Approx 22-24 dates of your preference (Organic Medjool is great)
Directions
Add first 3 ingredients until well combined. Add more maple syrup if it’s too dry. Add vanilla and salt, stir to combine. Fold in chocolate chips. Slice dates in half and stuff with filling. Top with extra chocolate chips & flaky sea salt. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Enjoyyyy 🥰
This recipe makes approximately 2 dozen stuffed dates.
