Meg is a real estate broker, social marketing consultant, lover of e-commerce and social selling, and passion for my faith, health + wellness, giving back, and connecting people.
I’m glad you’re here! Let me tell you a little bit about myself: I’m a real estate broker, social marketing consultant, lover of e-commerce and social selling, and passion for my faith, health + wellness, giving back, and connecting people.
Originally from New York, I made the move to South Florida as my primary residence in 2016 and have embraced Miami living ever since.
I believe in the power of the mind, structured lifestyle, and that God gave us one body as a gift, in which we should treat with care and respect.

Meghan Maloof Berdellans, née Connolly, is a seasoned professional with a background in digital marketing and real estate. She developed her pedigree and work ethic in her hometown of New York City, where she led successful projects ranging from viral rainbow bagels in Brooklyn to Pope Francis with the Vatican & Archdiocese of New York, landing her dog as a model in New York Fashion Week and beyond.
While Meg has successfully led many creative projects, a seed of opportunity was planted the first time she visited South Florida in 2013: to bring innovative technology to the real estate & relocation industries in a growing and thriving region, which is what sparked her to obtain her real estate license and become a broker years ago.
Meghan firmly believes in the power of a multi-pronged approach to be successful in any industry: interpersonal relationships & networking, strong content strategy, continuing education and authenticity.
Meghan has resided in South Florida since 2016, including Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, giving her an unmatched knowledge of this geographical area, putting her at an advantage when it comes to selling real estate. When she is not in South Florida, she is spending her time in New York’s Metropolitan Area or California.
Meg most recently partnered with the #1 liquid collagen company in the world, opening her own e-franchise due to her belief in the product and strong sales record. She typically has a few mentorship spots open helping other franchisees grow their business.
Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and sits as Associate Director and executive board member on The Endometriosis Coalition, a Los Angeles based 501(c)(3) and believes in cannabis for pain management.
Her other projects include work with Beaux Arts Miami, an organization of Miami’s most active women who support the Lowe Art Museum on the University of Miami where she sits on the executive board as Corresponding Secretary & Communications Chair. She also sits on the executive board as Executive Secretary of Comfort Crusaders, a Miami non-profit, offering time & talent to benefit those in need on local & national scales. Meg sits as the current President/Chair of the Young Professional Philanthropists (YPP) Circle with Miami Women Who Rock.
Meg has been married to her husband, Albert Maloof Berdellans III, since June 2019 & they are active members of the Miami Chapter of Legatus, founded by Tom Monaghan – an entrepreneur who also founded Domino’s Pizza and Ave Maria University. Meg proudly sits on the board of the Legatus Miami Chapter and the National Board of Governors Marketing Committee. She and Albert are parishioners of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Coral Gables & actively live their faith.
I believe in the power of a multi-pronged approach to be successful in any industry:
