Cold? Flu? Stomach virus? It’s that time of year. So many social events with many people and many treats, viruses and infections are spreading like wildfire. As I write this, I am currently fighting the onset of a mild cold. When I started having symptoms this morning, I realized that I don’t talk much about what I do for immune support – so naturally I am going to write about it.
The lists I’m sharing below include what I usually take/do aside from my normal supplement routine when I am feeling sick:

Lastly, regarding what illness I have, I really do try to sweat out the fever naturally on my own unless it becomes dangerously high.
