Ancestral Bison Blend Meat Sauce with Organic Pipe Rigate Pasta

Serves 4-5

  • Organic Garlic Powder
  • Organic Onion Powder
  • Organic Himalayan Pink Salt 
  • Organic Italian Spices (ideally oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, basil, and sage)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Organic Tomato Sauce or crushed tomatoes (28oz)


  • 1. In a large stainless steel saucepan, heat a thin layer of olive oil on high heat
  • 2. Prepare raw meat by bringing it to room temperature and seasoning with spices, mixing thoroughly
  • 3. Place raw meat in a heated pan, cooking until browned. If using very lean ground beef or bison, an additional 1oz of olive oil may be added at this stage. If the pan is dry, that is a sign that oil should be added. 
  • 4. When meat is cooked, add tomatoes or tomato sauce and bring to a simmer, mixing thoroughly
  • 5. Remove from heat and cover, allow sauce to set before serving (approximately 3-5 minutes)
